Returns and exchanges
- Complete the cancellation form within 14 days of receipt, which you will always receive by e-mail when ordering. You can also download the form here. You may email the form within 14 days of receipt of your order to: email@example.com.
- After the 14 days, you have another 14 days to return your product in original condition with packaging to LauwPauw in Breda, The Netherlands. After registering your return via email, you will receive a confirmation as soon as possible.
- Write the return address on the package. Use this address: Morsestraat 4B, 4816 CH Breda, The Netherlands.
- Bring your package to a post office in your area. The costs for the return shipment are for your account.
- When delivering to the post office you will receive a track & trace code with which you can track your returned products. This is also your shipping receipt. As soon as the package has been received you will receive a confirmation by mail.
Note: after the 14 day reflection period it is no longer possible to return. You will still be entitled to functioning product after this period.
Return multiple products?
You can enter multiple articles on the return form. Do you have too little space? You can use two forms and add them to your returns.
What can I expect from LauwPauw?
As soon as I have received your package, I will send you a confirmation by mail. Then I will start with the solution you desire.
If the product does not arrive at your destination in good condition.
If your product is not in good condition when it is delivered, please let me know via firstname.lastname@example.org. Take clear pictures of the product in daylight, where you can clearly see what is wrong with the product. Explain clearly in the mail what is wrong and what kind of solution you want; your money back, discount or a new product. I will contact you as soon as possible to solve the problem.
Do you want to receive a new product?
Did something else go wrong and did you not receive the right product? Send an e-mail to email@example.com with an explanation of what you have ordered and what you have received. Also add a photo. I will contact you as soon as possible to solve the problem.
If the product is no longer in stock, we will refund the purchase price to the same account you paid with.
Some products can not be returned, please view the exceptions.
Some products are covered by the exceptions. You understand that you can not return the following articles:
- Products of which the seal has been broken, which was applied for hygienic reasons;
- Invoiced or completed vouchers and vouchers;
- Digital products where you have renounced your right of withdrawal in advance;
- Products that are made especially for you.
